Spa Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functions while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role plays a vital part in managing reception, stock, KPIs, targets, supporting staff, scheduling, recruitment, and general day spa operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Client Service: Manage daily duties including greeting guests, handling bookings, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory, ordering products in a timely manner.
  • KPIs & Targets: Track and report on spa performance, implementing strategies to meet goals.
  • Staff Support: Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, assist with tasks and ensure they adhere to spa standards.
  • Scheduling: Organize staff schedules to ensure smooth operation and excellent service levels.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Spa Manager with various operations, including coordinating services, maintaining cleanliness, and managing client feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for wellness and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Knowledge of spa management software and systems is a plus.
