We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Coordinator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly and assisting them effectively, coordinating with practitioners and staff to maintain a harmonious environment, managing cash register operations, including balancing and closing procedures, and overseeing retail sales as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a spa setting, be proficient in MS Office and computer skills, and possess a strong understanding of the spa industry.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them effectively.
  • Coordinate with practitioners, therapists, and staff to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Manage cash register operations, including balancing and closing procedures, and stock ordering.
  • Oversee retail sales as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Spa and Beauty treatments.
  • Strong understanding of the Spa industry.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Receptionist is required.
