Most projects are in the range of $30-100m in value.
Every year they win numerous industry accolades, both for their quality projects and also as an employer of choice.
Due to a very strong forward work book, a strong financial position and internal growth they are looking to add a Contract Administrator to their commercial team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Involvement with monthly cost reports Variations The Successful Applicant Selection Criteria Will Include Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g.
Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
