The RoleReporting to our Commercial Manager you will play a supporting role to ensure the business operates within COEX's contract management framework while supporting contract owners, system management and contract lifecycle oversight. You'll provide support on procurement and contracting activities and maintain our Contracts Management System to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support contract owners across the business with the development and administration of contracts.
- Maintain and monitor contract reporting obligations and ensure all relevant data is recorded.
- Support the end-to-end contract administration lifecycle.
- Monitor contract compliance including insurance obligation.
- Participate in COEX procurement and recycling panels, documenting decision rationale.
- Maintain and update master data related to contracts.
- Maintain accurate contract records and escalate contractual issues when required.

- Approximately 2-3 years experience in contract administration or procurement roles.
- Ability to work confidently with sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting others through contract decisions.
- Proactive, detail oriented and solutions focused approach.
- Understanding of contract systems or reporting tools is desirable.
- Experience with contract planning is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Eligibility to hold a Blue Card.
