The Role: Based near Sydney Airport, this Supply & Demand Specialist role reports to the Team Leader and is key to ensuring products are available, on time, and cost-efficient.
You'll manage replenishment and inventory, track KPIs, and use SAP and analytical tools to optimise stock levels, supplier performance, and delivery flows.
The role works closely with suppliers, 3 PL partners, and internal teams to improve processes and support product launches, promotions, and end-of-line management.
The Ideal Candidate: You'll bring supply chain experience in purchasing, planning, or demand management, ideally within retail or FMCG.
Strong skills in SAP (or similar ERP), Excel, and Power BI are essential, with Power Query highly regarded.
You'll be a proactive communicator who can build relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
