Robert Walters is currently partnering with a leading Manufacturing company that is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join their team.

Experience working with AI and Machine Learning will be beneficial for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive service excellence through cross-functional collaboration with planning, commercial, and procurement teams.
  • Lead the sales forecasting to stakeholders and provide clear visibility on supply constraints to drive action.
  • Manage internal and external demand and prepare supply chain readiness
  • Support and promote accurate forecasting for Demand Reviews and Co-Planning by channel, segment, or customer.
  • Optimize working capital by managing inventory levels, reducing excess, and minimizing depreciation.
  • Enhance Supply Planning in Australia for the business unit

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Operations or another relevant field
  • Several years of experience across supply planning within a large manufacturing company
  • High proficiency in Data Visualization tools (like Tableau, RPA, PQ etc)
  • Experience with ERP supply chain modules & SAP
