Design Architect – Award-Winning firm - Industrial Projects North Sydney | Full-Time | Circa $90k - $100k + Super | WFH Thursdays We're representing an award-winning design practice with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality work across the industrial and commercial sectors.
Based in North Sydney, this studio combines technical strength with a clear design vision—and they're now looking to bring in a motivated Design Architect to support their growing pipeline.
This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate to get meaningful exposure to projects from day one, with close guidance from experienced project architects and directors.

The studio was recently recognised at the Master Builders Association of New South Wales Awards, taking out four major prizes.
What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with senior staff to develop concept designs for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects Assist with drawing packages, design reports and DA documentation Participate in design reviews and internal crits Support Revit modelling and visualisation tasks Attend client and consultant meetings where appropriate What We're Looking For: Bachelor or Master of Architecture Proficiency in Revit is essential Bonus points for Sketch Up, Twinmotion, In Design or Lumion A genuine interest in industrial, commercial or infrastructure design Professional communication and a proactive attitude Full working rights in Australia Why This Studio: Clear pathway for career development and promotion Hands-on mentorship from experienced project leaders Stable pipeline of interesting work in a strong sector (industrial/logistics)Work-from-home every Thursday Easy access via public transport to their North Sydney office To apply, send your CV and portfolio toshane.obrien@kappaexecutive.com Or call Shane directly on 0406 639 008 for a confidential discussion.
