The business is currently looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join their finance team
The Opportunity:
As the Payroll Officer, you will be tasked with supporting payroll system ugrades as well as supporting the payroll function across the group with a weekly payroll of 350+ employees.
You'll ensure their employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining precise records and supporting key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll systems upgrade
Process improvement
Support end-to-end weekly payroll for all entities using ADP

Ensure accuracy across timesheets, leave balances, employee details, and salary records
Partner with HR to maintain the Employee Masterfile
Handle financial reporting and month-end payroll functions
Ensure compliance with statutory payroll, taxation, and legal obligations
Respond to internal and external payroll queries with confidence and care
Identify and implement process improvements across payroll operations

You Bring:

5+ years of full-function payroll experience
Strong Award interpretation capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level)

Experience with ADP and Kronos Realtime systems
Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
