The Opportunity The true focus of Key Account Manager role is to work closely with our customers, to identify and create bespoke waste solutions within complex technical requirements.
You will retain and grow a profitable business with customers as well as proactively establishing new market opportunities.
Additionally, you will also; Develop and nurture relationships with current customers ensuring strong contract maintenance Manage the end-to-end tender process Build and execute robust new business pipelines and drive new business Drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives Network between Cleanaway business units to ensure Liquid Technical Services solutions are available to all large projects Provide reporting on financial and sales performance About You Along with your ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with customers, you will also be able to identify and solve customer challenges through sustainable solutions and build new sales pipelines.
You will also bring: Excellent B2 B relationship skills with a proven track record building new business pipelines Experience and comfort understanding technical details, and a willingness to learn about hazardous waste treatment.
Effective commercial acumen, solid negotiating and influencing skills A collaborative communication style with an outstanding new business/sales track record Prior experience held in chemical or allied industries e.g.
