The Role :

As the Tax & Business Advisory Manager , you will take ownership of a $500K fee base comprising high-net-worth individuals and SMEs. This role offers a mix of hands-on compliance work alongside strategic advisory services to drive business success for your clients. Key responsibilities include :

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW individuals and SME clients.

Deliver high-quality tax compliance, business advisory, and strategic planning solutions.

Provide leadership and mentorship, with future opportunities to expand and manage a team.

Work closely with the firm's partners to drive business growth and client success.

Streamline internal processes and ensure exceptional client service delivery.

Support and collaborate with an administration all-rounder to enhance efficiency.

Manage SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Fund) compliance and advisory work.

About You :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

A registered Tax Agent's License or ability to attain one in the next 12 months

CA / CPA qualification with extensive experience in tax compliance and business advisory.

A proven track record of managing a diverse client base, ideally including HNW individuals and SMEs.

Experience with SMSF compliance and advisory would be highly regarded.

A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value-driven advisory services.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
