Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Advisory Services Manager.

As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to set up their portfolios, programmes and projects for success.

You will have the opportunity to develop your career working on large, high-profile construction and engineering projects.

  • Supporting project controls teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Researching and managing databases to identify key performance indicators.
  • Collecting and reporting data to inform business decisions.
  • Conducting project health checks and dispute avoidance procedures.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including project controls teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in scheduling management, programme governance, change management and/or document control.

They will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
