For more information about RMSI, please visit Role We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Graduate Business Development & Account Manager to join our Sydney team.
In this hybrid role, you'll combine sales hunting, pre-sales support, and account development to grow our client base and build lasting relationships across the Telecommunications, Utilities, and Mapping sectors.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and delivery teams to position RMSI's full suite of GIS and engineering offerings—from network design services to geospatial analytics platforms—while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise sales and solution development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Telecom, Utility, and Mapping sectors Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and solution scoping Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client needs Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders Qualification Graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, GIS, or related field Excellent communication and presentation skills Proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., Arc GIS, Map Info, QGIS) or telecom/utility sectors is a plus Personality Traits Self-driven.
