Since 2008, we have helped over 35,000 graduates start their professional careers in Australia, primarily though our Professional Year Programs (offered under the Performance Education brand) but also through our various partnerships with universities and higher education providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding host companies who will support our students through internship opportunities.

A collaborative team player You have a sense of humour and enjoy having fun A genuine drive and desire to reach the best outcome for our students Skills and experience You have worked in either: Sales, Recruitment, Business Development Management and/or Account Management The ability to work towards and achieve set KPI's A strong sense of commercial acumen and an understanding of customer needs The ability to undertake compliance reporting requirements as set by Industry bodies You possess excellent communication skills and is a strong relationship builder You have a genuine interest in working with graduates especially from diverse backgrounds and are motivated by making a difference to people's lives You are highly organised and have the ability to plan, prioritise and execute to a project plan with tight timeframes You are highly proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail You must have a driver's license and access to a car for site visits Basic skills in Excel, intermediate in Word If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we would love to hear from you Due to the volume of applications expected, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
