The Patient and Family Experience Officer is responsible for the effective coordination and management of patient and family feedback in accordance with organisational/SLHD/NSW Ministry of Health Policies and Procedures.
The Patient and Family Experience Officer works with patients, families and all hospital departments to bring about the most effective healthcare treatment and positive hospital experience.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in complaints management in a health care setting, including experience and skills in writing briefs and ministerial correspondence.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in conflict resolution, mediation/counselling and advocacy.
