Are you a future focused digital native with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and social media? We're on the hunt for a Digital Manager Confectionery & Snacks to lead our online presence and drive meaningful engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Confectionery, this position will lead the development and execution of the digital strategy and tactical plan in close collaboration with Marketing Leads & digital/e-commerce partners.
It will lead the development of digital initiatives (campaigns, tactics and programs) and drive implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This is a critical role for the confectionery business and we are looking for someone with big ambition, energized and future focused in the world of digital and with high stakeholder management skills to embed stronger digital thinking with the brand teams.
A day in the life…Confectionery is never boring in this dynamic role: Own the overall Digital & Social strategy partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop Digital components of Marketing Plans and Initiatives.
Be future focused monitoring trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.
Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, etc.) to drive engagement, build brand love, and support commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
Analyse performance metrics and optimize for growth, engagement, and ROI data to insights to continuously enhance planning & execution.
Execute powerful digital initiatives and programmes including campaigns leveraging digital media, e CRM, advocacy driving SEO, SEM & paid media strategy and execution maximising return in conjunction with the brand teams.
Community & Influencers: collaborating with Nestlé consumer engagement services to ensure community management excellence across touchpoints.
Website & You Tube: Manage website updates/best practice for user experience working with Digital Services, or agency to facilitate implementation and leading You Tube channels.
What will make you successful A proven track record in strategic planning & implementation of digital and social marketing.
Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high performing culture & dynamic environment.
Understanding of use of best practice digital marketing tools and services and well versed in digital media basics – planning, buying and integration.
Well-versed in the trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm and able to bring relevant insights and best practices to the business.
Adept managing key online metrics to evaluate / track campaigns and activity.
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
