The centre has indoor and outdoor spaces and are both well resourced to provide educators with the opportunity to provide high quality learning experiences for the children.The RoleAs a Diploma Room Leader, your responsibilities will include:Working as a room leader alongside a team of educators to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the children in the toddlers roomCommunicating positively with the children and familiesPreparing, implementing and evaluating a developmentally appropriate program for individual children and groupsBeing reliable, respectful and working constructively with your colleagues and other professionalsEnsuring a trusting relationship is developed with families through regular, honest and open communication regarding the care of their childHaving sound knowledge of current child care practices, the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality FrameworkAbout YouTo be successful in this position you must have:A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationA current Working with Children's Check Sound understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQSCurrent First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtainFood Handling Certificate Unrestricted working rightsIf you wish to apply for this role please do so via the website or email your resume directly to helena.santoso@randstad.com.auTel: (02) 8238 0206Not for you?
