Only About Children Brighton East are excited to welcome a Room Leader to join our Toddler Room. You will work closely with the wider team, and have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals. As a room leader, you will mentor and guide your colleagues in best practice for our children, as well as collaborating with the leadership team and wider OAC network.
- You will support in preparing and delivering age-appropriate activities for children with safety andwellbeing in mind.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will document children's learning using Storypark and share/collaborate your programming cycle with your team.
- We are committed to our HEART principles and have built a positive culture where you can grow and feel valued.
- You will have a strong understanding of child protection & wellbeing to ensure children are safe in our care
