We are seeking two experienced and passionate Diploma Qualified Room Leaders for a full-time role in the 1-2-year-old room or the Pre
- kinder (2.5-3-year-old).

Our client is located in a fantastic location - next to Church St Brighton and has a great reputation across the local community. You will join a large service spread over two allotments. The centre is meticulously designed with ten small rooms and a huge back garden with a vegetable garden and more

Our existing team is highly motivated and experienced and would love to welcome a leader who shares their passion for the little people in our care.

The emergent curriculum offered by the service integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week. There is also access to a weekly visit from an Artist for creative art experiences and a qualified sports coach for an opportunity to work on motor skills.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience leading a room in a long daycare setting and recent experience in the nursery
- A completed ACECQA-approved Early Childhood related Diploma (or above)
- Sound knowledge of relevant learning frameworks
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work full-time to a rotating roster
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
