We're looking for an experienced BSP or Therapeutic Specialist with 2+ years in NDIS providing clinical assessment and support planning, to take on a leadership role in our client's collaborative management team.
As a senior registered practitioner, Proficient+, you will share your learnings and experience with the existing team and contribute to the collective success of the program.
This role can be based in Tasmania (relocation assistance available if interstate) or remotely from home, with regular travel from Victoria to Tasmania to support and lead the small clinical team in person.
What You'll Do Maintain a clinical caseload, utilizing your experience in functional behaviour assessments, positive/preventative strategies, data-driven decision making, teaching, and developing new skills, as well as lifestyle interventions, to tailor outcomes to each individual's needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Mentor and support your team, helping to develop clinical skills, documentation, and supervision practices.
Drive accountability and help the team achieve KPIs.
Provide clinical assessment and care planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary peers.
About You2+ years' experience working in NDIS or Therapeutic support.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Proficient clinical skills and experience meeting performance expectations.
Ability to travel to Tasmania every few weeks.
