Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?As a Transport Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily transport operations across the site.
From managing allocations and dispatch to ensuring safety and compliance, this is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong transport coordination experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This is a 12 month fix term contract with potential to extend and based in Erskine Park.
Key areas:Manage transport allocations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries to customers Coordinate dispatch and ensure accurate consignment of freight Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with induction, training, and fatigue management standards Drive a strong safety-first culture and uphold COR and Vision ZERO standards Monitor and report on KPIs, including delivery performance and freight traceability Oversee inbound/outbound bookings and reverse logistics across the network Are you the one?We are looking for an experienced transport professional that has previous scheduling/allocating experience or relevant leadership experience, Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
