**Nice to know**

The ANZ Transportation Supervisor will oversee Essilor's transportation flows, evaluating transportation processes and systems and identifying inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions that allow for a more efficient and streamlined process while guaranteeing compliance and an adequate service level. Conduct logístical studies and data analysis evaluations and use this information to recommend strategies and tactics. Present data summaries and proposals to stakeholders and play an active role in cross-department collaboration. Analyze historical data and trends, using that information to guide future planning.

**My day at EssilorLuxottica**
- Capture logistics and service needs and requirements of the different EssilorLuxottica business groups and entities across ANZ and Asia Pacific;
- Monitor regularly the transport strategic service providers performance review and follow-up with continuous improvement plans, root-cause-analysis and corrective/preventive actions;
- Coordinate escalations to both the APAC transportation team and the Carriers management to ensure EssilorLuxottica issues are being addressed promptly;
- Ensuring best-in-class delivery performance from service providers within the entire logistics network;
- Support creation and receipt of Inbound/Outbound deliveries, Booking of Outbound freight with Freight providers, Creation of commercial documentation as required by international shipping;
- Preparation and analysis of transport supplier invoices, review and submission of transport invoices to Accounts Payable departments for approval, maintenance and tracking of transport cost
- Provide project support in key supply chain projects to boost service, speed and cost efficiency across EssilorLuxottica channels.
- Participation in regular update meetings with DC, Service providers and as required internal & external customers.
- Manage and influence key stakeholders (including senior decision-makers) and suppliers;

- Ability to work independently and to deploy detailed action plans from general objectives;
- Working knowledge of import/export procedures & customs requirements
- Ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Time management, organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite;
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical, KPI driven and robust strategic mindset;
- He/she will be based in Sydney and travels inside the Region might be required;
