Multiquip is a leader in servicing the poultry and construction materials industries, committed to delivering reliable, efficient and safe transport services.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team and help manage day-to-day transport operations.

The Role

As the Transport Supervisor, you will oversee the daily scheduling, coordination and performance of our drivers and fleet. Your focus will be on ensuring timely deliveries, driver compliance, vehicle safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations and delivery schedules
  • Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with safety and fatigue regulations
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues or incidents as they arise
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedules
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and KPI tracking

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a transport/logistics supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and NHVR regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and resolve issues under pressure
  • Knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area (including Newcastle and Goulburn)
  • Sound computer skills
  • Work Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday shifts
  • Handle emails and emergency calls after hours and weekends
