Demolish two bathrooms and one laundry room as described: remove tiles wall and floor, remove tub and shower, remove toilet bowl and vanity with care (vanity to be reused).
Laundry demolition: remove tiles wall and floor, cabinets, sink.
Provide rough room sizes for planning: bathroom 1 6.5 m3; bathroom 2 around 2.7 m3; laundry 3.5 m3.
Demolish pool and footings: 7x3 m pool (25 m3) and 7x4 (450) footings; excavate and remove fill; flat site.
Freestanding structures: demolish cladded garage with metal roof (10 x 3.8 m); fibro shed (3 m x 1.8 m); kitchen; laundry.
Access from road; not attached to main building.
Retaining and boundary features: remove timber fence and retaining wall on boundary (approximately 15 m); remove back of shed and a concrete slab; access through a 900 mm gate.
Site preparation: cut and fill (bench the floor) for new land; coordination for next stages; schedule: next few weeks.
Car yard demolition and scrap: remove and dispose of demolition debris; 30 lm colorbond fence to be removed; pile metal on site for free scrap.
Additional demolition tasks: two bathrooms (main and smaller ensuite): remove wall and floor tiles; remove tub and frame; vanity and mirrors; remove and dispose of fixtures.
Caravan and annex: removal and disposal for scrap of a 36 foot caravan and a 30 foot hard annex.
Carport and sheds: x2 4 x 4 meter garden sheds with slabs; prepare area for concreting for sheds; tin/plastic roof dismantling (4 m x 4 m) and dismantling of tin temporary roof (3 m x 3 m).
Demolish and remove for other structures: kitchen and laundry within Liverpool property; access from road; load and dispose of debris.
As part of some jobs: quotes for removal and dismantle of above ground spa connected to three-phase power; cut up for access limitations.
Three bedroom weatherboard house: demolish with removal of services; asbestos clearance certificate to be included in quotes where required.
Other demolition tasks mentioned: remove and dispose of tile bedding from living areas; non bathroom tile removal; general site cleanup and waste disposal.
Foundations: need to dig a foundation 15 m long by 400 mm wide by 400 mm deep for site works; place debris into a 4 m bin on site.
Other notes: remove and dispose of scrap metal on site; ensure site access as per described arrangements.
