BARE Demolition is growing, and we are now opening a position for an experienced Excavator Operator.

About the Company

Located in Banksmeadow, BARE Demolition is a family-owned and operated business that provides quality service to Residential, Industrial and Commercial clients throughout Greater Sydney.

Skills & Experience

To be considered you will need:

  • 3+years of proven experience in civil excavation
  • The ability to operate excavators with precision and efficiency
  • To be skilled in shaping and trimming to specifications
  • To understand the principles of compaction for effective results
  • To be efficient in loading trucks
  • To conduct daily maintenance checks, including oil levels and greasing
  • To ensure the machine is kept clean and well-organised at all times
  • To assist with other site duties as needed
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • A valid Drivers' License, with the ability to travel across sites
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
