About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join Western Health's Automated Medication Dispensing Solutions implementation project team.
This position will work closely with the Senior Project Manager – ADS to deliver an electronic medication management system at New Footscray Hospital.
You will be a qualified pharmacist, ideally with medication safety experience.
You will participate in an organization-wide project to implement Automated Medication Dispensing cabinets at Western Health.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position until 31st October 2025, primarily based at Footscray Hospital.
Key responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing expertise on Pharmacy workflows
Supporting ADS system design decisions through information gathering
Reviewing current workflows
Creating and validating future workflows
Assisting with testing
Evaluating workflow changes
Developing and conducting training and change management activities
Commissioning cabinets and other operational readiness tasks
Communicating effectively with clinicians
