Developing and implementing operational plans and process improvements to ensure market-leading service and compliance.
Serving as a key contact for assigned brokers and fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Collaborating with underwriting and distribution teams to optimize pipeline management, maximize conversion and retention, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identifying and resolving local risk and compliance issues while promoting sustainability initiatives within the Farm portfolio.
About YouTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, with industry accreditations where applicable.
Extensive experience in operational underwriting within a general insurance environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative compliance impacting the insurance industry.
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear and influential messages.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
