About the Opportunity As our business expands, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Project Manager to join our Media & Signage team based at our head office in Hendra.
As a Project Manager your tasks will include, but not be limited to: Manage projects from start to finish as well as any associated variations to the project.
Ensure all variations, EOTs, progress claims and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and consistently with the contractual documents.
Manage the installation team and ensure system compliance in terms of safety obligations / processes and completion photos.
Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of projects you manage.
Ensure weekly WIP reporting is issued to customers for projects.
Ensure accurate project invoicing / completion forecasting.
About You Minimum 5 years signage industry experience Proven experience in project management Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities and your time effectively Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
