We are a small but growing regenerative agriculture company based in Cranbourne South, looking for someone to join our team to assist in multiple areas of the business.
About us: We are a passionate, regenerative agriculture company that cares about our customers, their outcomes and the impact agriculture is having on the planet and the population.
We provide agricultural testing services and assist our customers to redevelop their farming operations to reduce chemicals and synthetic fertilisers, while maintaining yields and building soils for the future.
We also supply a range of products that use the most up to date Ag Science to achieve these goals.
About you: We are looking for someone that enjoys variety, is flexible and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
The role requires someone that can work autonomously at times and can plan their day to achieve their tasks.
Your key tasks include: picking, packing, and dispatching orders from our warehouse Picking up items from our supply chain as required Delivering items to customers and suppliers as required Collecting soil, water and leaf samples from client's farms as required (vehicle will be provided for this) Breaking down larger volume sizes of liquid fertilisers into smaller packaging.
Occasional spreading of fertilisers Some computer work using Cin7 Inventorty Management, Excel, Outlook We service farms mainly across Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula, though occasionally longer drives to farms across Victoria will be required.
No interstate travel necessary.

Our ideal applicant would have: A Forklift Licence Some Warehouse or Logistics experience Confidence in safely driving a small truck (FUSO) (no special licence required) Ability to work on farms containing animals such as horses, cows and sheep However, for the right person, the above considerations are flexible.
