The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Lutwyche club are vital in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
They are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey.
The role focuses on achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining members via excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
Make contact with leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create positive member experiences through personalized interactions.
Follow up on inquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
Open and close the club as per schedule.
Participate in member retention programs and engage members regularly.
About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport and help people succeed in their goals.
Problem-solving skills and resilience.
Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, influencing.
Driven to meet individual and team targets.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
What we offer: OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (base plus commission) + super.
