The opportunity : Member Support Consultants (MSCs) are vital in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
They are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey.
The role combines proactive sales activities with exceptional customer service to achieve membership growth and retain current members by enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities : Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals.
Achieve contact targets through calls to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create positive member experiences through personalized interactions.
Respond effectively to inquiries to ensure successful outcomes.
Open and close the club as per the roster.
Participate in member retention programs to motivate ongoing fitness journeys.
Conduct regular follow-up calls to members, recommending products to enhance results.
About you : Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help others succeed.
Problem-solving skills and resilience.
Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing.
Driven to meet personal and team targets.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
