About our opportunity : Commencing in February 2026, our Agronomy stream will provide you with the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within agronomy.
The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results.

Our 24-month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates where you will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support.
The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full-time ongoing employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.
What our Program offers : Accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career in agriculture Professional networking opportunities; our program provides you with the opportunity to network and travel interstate.
You will be exposed to four skill-building workshops across the two years.
Professional development opportunities to grow your business, communication, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills Support from business and industry leaders to develop personally and professionally.
You will be assigned mentors and buddies from the business.
Placement mobility once the 24-month program concludes.
You may be required to or have the opportunity to move locations—ensuring you get the most out of your experience with us What You'll Need To Be Successful At Nutrien, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background.
To be considered for our program, you will need the following : Graduated prior to the commencement of the 2026 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Bachelor in Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.
