You will join the
2026 Gallagher Graduate Program
as a full time permanent employee and participate in a structured rotational program over 12 months. This will give you hands on experience and the learning and development required to launch your career In Insurance and Risk Management. You will then have an opportunity to choose your area of placement at the end of the 12 months, becoming an Account Executive.

The combination of practical work and development activities, and with the support of the program manager, mentors from across Gallagher, a designated buddy from the previous Graduate cohort and alumni community, you will be set up for career success

To be
eligible
you will need to have completed (or completing) your degree in 2025 and have full Australian working rights. At Gallagher, there are no limitations to specific degrees to apply for this Graduate Program, we welcome graduates across all disciplines.
