Graduate Program

You will join the 2026 Gallagher Graduate Program as a full-time permanent employee and participate in a structured rotational program over 12 months. This will give you hands-on experience and the learning and development required to launch your career in Insurance and Risk Management. At the end of the 12 months you will have an opportunity to choose your area of placement, becoming an Account Executive.

The program combines practical work and development activities, with support from the program manager, mentors across Gallagher, a designated buddy from the previous Graduate cohort, and an alumni community to help set you up for career success.

To be eligible you will need to have completed (or be completing) your degree in 2025 and have full Australian working rights. Gallagher accepts graduates across all disciplines.
