We're looking for a dynamic digital sales professional to join our SCA Digital Sales team.
Job Description What does your day to day look like?Delivering exceptional customer service through tailored presentations, proactive client-focused selling, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Proactively prospect new clients, consistently achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of Agency clients.
Maintaining and growing client portfolios within dedicated agency patch, while identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on solutions.
Building strong relationships, staying updated on SCA products, and effectively implement plans to achieve revenue goals.
What you'll need: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.

We're currently on the hunt for an experienced digital media salesperson to join our team at Li STNR, Australia's largest-reaching digital audio network.
This role focuses on servicing Sydney's leading independent media agencies and direct clients.
As a key contributor to the continued growth of Li STNR, the successful applicant will confidently leverage our dynamic, market-leading platform—delivering content-led and data-driven solutions to meet client needs and drive business success.
What does your day to day look like?Maximise digital revenue across all SCA products including Li STNR streaming and Podcasts, Sound Cloud, Sonos Radio, social media & video.
Develop new digital clients and build retention strategies across key agency patch Collaborate with radio sales teams to develop multi-platform advertising solutions Ensure digital budgets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis Build and maintain strong relationship with internal department and external clients Above all, be the face of the Li STNR brand among your client patch and have fun doing it What you'll need:2+ years media experience in a sales or client focused role Established client/agency relationships in the Sydney market High level understanding of the media landscape Understanding of programmatic transactions & audience segmentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
Strong negotiation skills Superior presentation skills and able to deliver solution and customer focused communication.
