About You We are looking for a full time administration officer - scheduler to join our team who is motivated, takes pride in their work, is reliable, has consistency, has integrity, passion, problem solving skills with knowledge of the plumbing industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
Experience with SIMPRO is preferable but not essential.
Its a very busy and hands on roll - No two days are the same.
You understand the fast-moving nature of reactive trade work, you're confident dealing with both customers and technicians, and you can keep a lot of moving parts organised under pressure.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule jobs for our plumbing team and subcontractors Respond to customer, managers and clients enquiries by phone and email Manage bookings and data with accuracy and attention to detail Balance completing priorities and adapt quickly when plans change Ordering and purchasing materials To be successful in securing this position you must have: Proven admin and customer service experience in a trade or field service business Sim Pro experience is highly desirable, but not essential If not Sim Pro, other job management system or trade-based experience is desirable Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Confident communication — both written and verbal High-level computer literacy and attention to detail MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word experience Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise commitments Can learn new systems quickly Excellent phone manner Ability to work under pressure Has a CAN DO attitudeGood leadership skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
