We are seeking a passionate and driven State Manager to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division, based in Darwin RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDEDThe Role As State Manager, you will lead and work with a knowledgeable, multidisciplinary team.
With full support from our national management team, you will have the opportunity to expand our Darwin operations.
This is a full-time role.
The main responsibilities include: Managing our team — developing a successful and expanding team.
Overseeing daily delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring timely, customer-focused, and value-driven service.
Driving operational performance, including customer outcomes, revenue growth, and engagement.
Collaborating with the national management team to implement strategic growth plans.
Acting as the primary contact for our Workers Compensation insurer and agents.
About You At least 4 years of occupational rehabilitation experience.
Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
Current accreditation as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation schemes.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to manage operational and financial aspects of a growing team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
