The ideal candidate will have current accreditation as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist, strong knowledge of Workers Compensation schemes, commitment to continuous improvement, ability to manage operational and financial aspects of a growing team, excellent communication skills, good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
