
Office/customer Records Administrator

The role In this role, you'll support our AU & NZ branches by loading and amending new and existing commercial contracts and customer records.
Your organisational skills and proactive approach will support business operations to run seamlessly.
Key responsibilities / tasks include : Load commercial contracts for the Pacific Region (Aus / NZ)Process contract variations / changes Data entry in a fast-paced environment Process high-volume daily workload Maintain accurate records Ensure policies, procedures & protocols are adhered to cross-functionally About you Previous experience in a similar role - data entry / contracts admin Ability to process high-volume tasks daily with high accuracy Strong computer skills & experience with ERP / CRM systems - Microsoft preferred Data accuracy & attention to detail is a MUSTSelf-motivated, with a positive attitude Ability to prioritise & work toward targets Great team environment & positive work culture Who are we Flick Anticimex is Australia's leading pest and hygiene company, operating from over 55 branches and depots across Australia and New Zealand.
