Your Role Here's what you will be doing: Drafting job advertisements and posting roles online Conducting initial phone screens with potential applicants Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation Supporting and improving the offboarding process Managing onboarding activities for new starters Assisting in coordination of graduate and industry programs Supporting planning and delivery of related events and activities Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the P&C team Assisting with review and drafting of policies Supporting reward and recognition programs Gaining exposure to employment and industrial relations matters About You What you'll need: Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources (transcript and proof of graduation required)Some professional experience in a People & Culture (HR) environment preferred Understanding of HR best practices Knowledge of relevant legislation and awards (highly desirable)Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and develop generalist HR skills Proactive attitude with initiative to face challenges and contribute to solutions Compensation & Benefits Fixed-term full-time contract Gross salary from 70,000to 80,000per year This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job
