Senior Brand Manager

This role is essential for sustaining the early success of the Vazkepa launch, creating strategic partnerships in CV, and establishing and executing strategies in the CV therapeutic area in Australia and New Zealand.
You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, Specialty, CSL ANZ.
Your Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for our products, including customer segmentation, product differentiation, and demand planning.
Team Collaboration: Lead teams and collaborate with market access, regulatory affairs, medical, and other departments.
Financial Oversight: Manage sales and operational budgets, including planning.
Project Management: Implement project management practices to ensure successful strategy execution.
Mentorship: Guide and support the Brand Manager in delivering brand activity plans.
Market Research: Conduct market research and detailed analyses to support commercial decision-making.
External Relations: Collaborate with external groups, including clinicians and patient organizations.
Develop marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Your Skills and Experience: Education: Tertiary qualification in a health discipline, science, pharmacy, marketing, or business (conferred or underway).
Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills: Leadership, planning, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and a focus on customer and patient needs.
