This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated payroll professional to provide crucial support across processing and data administration.
About the role Manage and support end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce of approximately 1000 employees.
Oversee data administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all payroll records.
Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
Process paid-billing or client-charging, applying your experience in these areas.
Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with month-end and year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.
About you Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll data administration.
Experience with paid-billing or client-charging is highly regarded.
Experience with Fast Track 360 is a massive plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable and able to manage a varied workload.
The benefits6-month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension.
Competitive salary package of $80,000 - $85,000 FTE (pro-rata).
Flexible working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days on-site at offices in Melbourne's North-west and South-East.
