The internal job title for this role is ASC Client Assistant.
As a key member of the ASC-Client team, you will provide administrative support to our Brand, Marketing, Communications (BMC), and Business Development (BD) teams, among others.
Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing and maintaining marketing materials, including website updates, email campaigns, bids, tender documents, and client reports; Assisting with event planning, including invitations, attendee lists, online setup, recordings, and feedback surveys; Building positive relationships with the BD, BMC, and ASC teams.
We are interested in candidates who have: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high standards of grammar and clarity Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills A collaborative, team-oriented approach with flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile We value diverse perspectives at Ashurst.
