We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Cleaner/Contractor to join our team in the North Brisbane Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empty and clean all waste containers; remove waste paper and garbage to designated areas;
  • Empty and clean all ashtrays; monitor and replenish sand in sand urns as needed;
  • Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings;
  • Damp dust ceiling air conditioning diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers;
  • Follow all security protocols and workplace regulations.
Requirements:
  • Completion of ASC Training Excellence;
  • Fluent English skills to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers;
  • A driver's license and vehicle are advantageous;
  • Smartphones are essential for communication.

Employees must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times. Conduct must be professional and ethical. Attire should be appropriate to the work being performed.
