Responsible for up to 12 services and reporting to an experienced operations manager.

What You Need To Succeed A drive to deliver and support exceeding practice Passion for the sector and a deep desire for improvement Wanting to take the next step in your professional career Loving to improve capability, develop your team, and unlock everyone's potential About Your New Role You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services Implement the Their Care way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge sharing Responsibility for rostering, financial management, and community engagement Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in your service Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in the OSHC industry is required Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations Knowledge of the National Law & Regulation Knowledge of the National Quality Standard Understanding of Their Care's internal policies and procedures A positive attitude and genuine desire for change Completed qualification approved by ACECQACurrent first aid certification Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region Come and join the fun at Their Care—submit your application now.
