About the Role

The Education Leader will be responsible for an administrative/teaching caseload within the Goulburn and Yass areas of schools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading teaching, learning and classroom practice to improve student outcomes
  • Developing quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff and parents
  • Strategic planning and resource management to support teaching and learning initiatives
  • Knowledge of Departmental policies and commitment to Aboriginal education
Requirements

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach, you are required to commence the application process simultaneously.

A Relocation Support Payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants.

A valid NSW Drivers Licence and ability to travel between work sites are necessary.
