About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across a variety of health service settings.
This role offers the opportunity to develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner, with accountability for your own practice, delegated activities, and supporting the professional growth of less experienced staff.
You will also have the chance to take on portfolio responsibilities tailored to your skills and career development, contributing meaningfully to the broader goals of the Rural team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Rural Nurse Consultant, medical, nursing and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care and improve health outcomes for rural patients.
You will provide case management, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to projects that ensure the service meets its key performance indicators.

About You
You are an experienced and dedicated Nurse / Midwife who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
You bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality care.
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding or able to hold a current practising certificate.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, resolve conflicts, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proven experience in prioritising workloads, working independently, and providing leadership and guidance to students and less experienced staff.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards, contemporary healthcare issues, and the South Australian Public Health System.
