  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care
  • Develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner with accountability for their own practice
  • Tailor portfolio responsibilities to individual skills and career development
  • Work closely with medical, nursing and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care and improve health outcomes for rural patients
About You

You are an experienced and dedicated Nurse / Midwife who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality care.

  • Requirements:
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, resolve conflicts, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proven experience in prioritising workloads, working independently, and providing leadership and guidance to students and less experienced staff
