Nido Early School is opening up a brand-new service in Kew and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director .

About The Service Two storey 84 place service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 stunning outdoor play areas Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career Tram stops within 5 minute walk from service for easy commute to work Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday Benefits Weekly support and guidance from an Area Manager (People Quality Leader) 12 month Executive Service Manager leadership programme – Rise Up Competitive above award salary on offer Childcare discount for your own children Discounted Bupa Membership Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - Telus Health About You Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar leadership position Must be available to work 5 days a week A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
