You share the workload, why shouldn't you share the reward?Overview We're looking for a Head of Talent to shape and drive our global talent acquisition strategy, helping us continue to build dynamic, high-performing teams while staying true to Dabble's unique culture.
This role will be responsible for delivering a talent acquisition function that aligns with Dabble's values and will oversee everything from strategies, stakeholder and candidate experience to workflow optimisation.
You'll mentor and support the talent acquisition team, fostering their growth and enabling outstanding results.

Responsibilities In-house Recruitment Devise candidate pipeline strategies aligned with Dabble's goals, focusing on key talent segments in tech, sports leisure, social, and entertainment sectors Oversee the recruitment process across all levels, ensuring an engaging, high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders Manage and optimise the ATS to boost recruitment efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance candidate tracking and communication Regularly analyse and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and selection Mentor and support the talent acquisition team, sharing best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement to uphold Dabble's high standards Train and coach hiring managers to build their skills across the recruitment lifecycle Ensure a positive candidate experience by gathering feedback and making continuous adjustments to improve each stage of the hiring process Implement and uphold Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) practices to provide all candidates with fair treatment Develop strategies to reduce biases in hiring, using structured interviews and diverse hiring panels Stay up to date with global legislative requirements, ensuring all talent practices remain compliant Ensure all visa and work rights compliance requirements are thoroughly fulfilled Employer Branding Shape and oversee Dabble's employer brand, developing campaigns that highlight our culture and values to attract the right talent Support the development and evolution of our global Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Work with Dabble's creative teams to build a compelling online presence, particularly on Linked In, that resonates with several audiences Champion Dabble's brand by setting and ensuring high standards in all candidate interactions, ensuring an experience that reflects who we are Insights and Benchmarking Gather and analyse talent market insights, keeping abreast of trends within tech, sports leisure, and P&C sectors to guide decision-making Lead benchmarking initiatives to keep our compensation and benefits competitive and in line with market expectations Provide data-driven insights and regular feedback to the People & Culture team, helping shape recruitment strategies that support Dabble's broader goals Skills & Qualifications Considerable experience in a recruitment leadership role(either agency or in-house), with a successful track record of hiring for roles across all levels Demonstrated experience with ATS optimisation and implementations (we currently use Teamtailor)Experience leading, supporting and mentoring recruitment team members, with a focus on developing their skills and helping them reach their full potential Proven expertise in sourcing through diverse channels, including Linked In, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other unique opportunities Solid understanding of market conditions and talent trends, especially within the USA and/or UK markets, with the ability to offer strategic recruitment insights and recommendations Ability to work flexibly as required to fulfil global resourcing needs Strong relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with people both in person and virtually, establishing rapport across various backgrounds and professional levels Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisive, informed choices, with a structured approach to process management Project management skills with experience overseeing recruitment across multiple departments and regions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Ability to build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline that meets both current and future hiring needs, continually refining recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience Skilled in delivering honest, constructive feedback, particularly in sensitive conversations with candidates and hiring managers, balancing clarity with empathy A genuine interest in how businesses operate and a curiosity about how the people you hire contribute to the bigger picture Are you a Dabbler?A Dabbler's attitude is paramount, as the right person will be able to learn quickly and adapt to any skill gaps.

Remuneration The advertised salary for this position is $180,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
