Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in Brisbane looking for an experienced Head of Department to join their team.

The Role:
  • Lead and support the Property Management team
  • Identify and implement improvements in policies, procedures, and software
  • Provide regular training and guidance to the team
  • Manage challenging/sensitive matters with professionalism and confidence
  • Oversee department budgets, staffing, and performance reporting
  • Provide hands-on assistance with portfolios when required (rare)
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance and smooth workflow
About You:

Please note that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate Leadership and Property Management.
  • Positive and results driven attitude
  • Experience leading a Property Management team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in property-related software
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
